professional training and development consultant with experience in
both public and private sectors. I began my career with Aberdeen Chamber
of Commerce before moving to the oil services industry and then on to
the public sector as a Development Manager for UKAEA - an organisation
with over 2000 personnel and contractors. Following the successful development
and implementation of a Behavioural Safety programme for my organisation,
I started my own business. In addition to Behavioural Programmes with
other companies I am also involved in Stress Management, Coaching, Organisational
Change and various people management and training programs. I am also
experienced at facilitating conferences and meetings, both large and
small.
